1. Inhabitant (n.) - इन्हेबिटेन्ट – निवासी

1. रजनीश पास के ही गाँव का निवासी है।

Rajneesh is an inhabitant of a nearby village.

2. पलक का जन्म लुधियाना में हुआ है लेकिन वो पटना कि निवासी है।

Palak is born in Ludhiana, but he is an inhabitant of Patna.

2. Pursue (v.) – पर्स्यू - आगे बढ़ाना / लगे रहना

1. वह पाँच साल से इंग्लिश की पढ़ाई में लगी हुई है।

She has been pursuing English study for five years.

2. क्या आप अपनी शिक्षा को आगे बढ़ाने का इरादा रखते हैं?

Do you intend to pursue your education?

3. Dusk (n.) - डस्क - धुल / अँधेरा / शाम

1. बच्चों को अंधेरा होने से पहले घर आने की हिदायत दी जाती है क्योंकि उसके बाद उनका बाहर अकेले खेलना थोड़ा सुरक्षित नहीं है।

Children are advised to come back home before dusk because after that, it’s not safe for them to play alone.

2. सम्राट नॉर्वे में रहता है, एक दिन बात करते समय वह बता रहा था कि वहाँ की शाम बहुत ही ज़्यादा सुन्दर होती है और उसे देखने लोग दूर - दूर से वहाँ आते हैं।

Samrat lives in Norway; one day, while talking to me, he told me that the dusk is just incredible there, and people from far away places come to watch it.

4. Chase (v.) – चेज़ - पीछा करना / अनुसरण करना

1. बिल्ली ने चूहे का पीछा किया, लेकिन उसे पकड़ नहीं पाई।

The cat chased the mouse, but could not catch it.

2. हमें सफलता प्राप्‍त करने के लिए अपने सपनों का अनुसरण करना चाहिए।

We should chase our dreams to get success.

5. Impeach (vt.) - इमपीच - दोषी ठहरना

1. जब किसी देश के राष्ट्रपति पर कोई आरोप सिद्ध हो जाता है और वह अपना पद नहीं छोड़ता तो उसे दोषी ठहराते हुए निकाला जा सकता है।

When the President of a country has an allegation proved against him, and he denies leaving his designation, then he can be removed by impeaching him/her.

2. उच्च और सर्वोच्च न्यायालय के जज केवल दोषी ठहरने पर ही निकाले जा सकते हैं।

The judges of the Supreme and High Court can only be removed by impeachment.
