1. Superstitious (adj.) – सुपरस्टीशस – अंधविश्वासी

2. Fix (v.) – फिक्स - ठीक करना / तय करना

3. Overwhelm (vt.) - ओवेरवेल्म - खुश करना / जीत लेना

5. Reliable (adj.) – रिलायबल - विश्वसनीय / भरोसेमंद

  The police got this news from a reliable source.

As far as I know, my driver is a reliable person.

6. Seek (v.) – सीक - माँगना / तलाश करना

My brother often seeks my advice.

Rahul is seeking for a job nowadays.

7. Fill (v.) – फिल - भरना / पद धारण करना

The labourer used cement to fill the cracks.

This year, 44 percent of foreign service posts have been filled by women.

8. Conquer (vt.) - कॉन्कर - जीतना / सफलता हासिल करना

The great king Alexander’s heroic saga has been told for so many years, in which he conquered all of his wars.

If we want to achieve success, then we have to conquer our fear, then only we’ll be able to reach our goal.

9. Ardent (adj.) – आर्डेन्ट - प्रचण्ड / बहुत ज़्यादा / कट्टर

   I am your ardent admirer.

Most of my friends are ardent supporters of that Youtuber.

10. Defend (vt.) - डिफेंड - रक्षा करना / बचाव करना

 The Indian Army defends the people from the neighboring countries and all kinds of enemies of the country.

The way violence against women is increasing nowadays, it seems that girls should get trained on how to defend themselves.
