Prakhar’s mother used to take care of what Prakhar was doing on mobile; she would take the mobile as soon as the class was over.His father also stopped giving his laptop to Prakhar. Whenever Prakhar used to do some school work, something so important so much so which could have been done only by laptop, then Prakhar was able to get the laptop. Prakhar realized that his mother and father were treating him a little differently so one day, he finally asked them that since the last few days why they were having a slightly different attitude. Prakhar’s parents thought to talk directly to Prakhar. They asked Prakhar if he felt that he was spending more than the recommended time on laptop and phone for the last few days. On this, Prakhar replied that in fact, he had got addicted to playing a game with one of his friends Pramod, he and some of his friends would play the game for two to three hours after the class was over. Prakhar told that he tried very hard to end this habit in some way but despite his constant efforts, he was not able to do it. He said that ever since his mother started keeping an eye on him, it has helped him a lot to quit this habit. Hearing all this, as if Prakhar’s mother became emotional, she felt that her hard work finally paid off. Prakhar’s parents felt relaxed and were very happy to bring Prakhar on the right path keeping such a soft attitude towards him. A few days later, Prakhar himself got used to spending less time on mobile phones, interacting with people, sports and reading books were now being more liked by him.
