London University is counted among the best institutions in the world and students from here have left their mark all over the world. Rohit found his hostel room and his happiness was reflected clearly on his face. After taking the key of the room, Rohit kept his belongings in the room and came to his house with his maternal uncle. The weather in London remains very cold and for Rohit, who was born in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, to survive the cold was proving to be a tough task. Mami served him lunch and after that Mama gave Rohit some money and dropped him to the hostel. The city, as well as the country, was new, Rohit was feeling a bit uneasy but he started moving around. He found many Indian and Chinese boys in the nearby room, meeting Hindi-speaking boys as if he felt that he was not in London but Delhi. The food there was also quite different and there was no place for roti dal, instead, bread and eggs were included in it. Rohit was also having some trouble because he was a pure vegetarian and he used to get more non-vegetarian food there. He had few choices in vegetarian food but the food was very nutritious and was served clean and hygienic. This was the beginning of a new life for Rohit.
