Sohan asked his most trusted employee, Pramod, to keep an eye outside Vivek’s hostel. Before entering the hotel fantasy, just before entering it, Pramod would ask them if they had ever come to the hotel Delight. Many of those customers would answer ‘no’ to this, while many customers answered that they used to come to delight only but for the past few months they had been visiting Fantasy. Hearing this, Pramod was bamboozled; he immediately went to his boss Sohan and told him the whole thing. Agitated with this, Sohan started thinking of Vivek as his enemy without even giving a thought about it. He started calling Vivek’s customers from outside the Fantasy hotel; customers would come and then return to Fantasy. Sohan was distraught, now he could not even forcefully bring the customer. One day while Vivek and Sohan were talking to each other, Sohan suddenly asked Vivek something. Sohan asked Vivek in a slightly loud voice, why was he taking his customers, what is the enmity about? Vivek did not understand what Sohan was talking about; he asked to elaborate in detail. When Vivek came to know the whole thing, he was stunned; he could not understand how to convince Sohan that he was not involved in it.  Vivek told Sohan that he would himself figure out why customers visiting his hotel Delight had started reducing in number. Every customer who came to his hotel fantasy, he asked them if they had ever eaten food from Delight, if they had then why they left. After a thorough inspection and asking people in detail, it was found that in reality, they wanted to go to Delight but for the last few months, no attention was being paid to the cleanliness and hygiene. Due to all this, many times the customer had to face the smell of rotten things or some other kind of smell while eating;owing to which they had stopped visiting Delight.
